Model Home

When I design a model home, my mission is to create a home that someone can envision inhabiting. 

Coastal styles, as one might imagine, are popular for homes in Florida. To execute this style, I selected “beachy” pastel finishes, shiplap paneling, and exquisite furnishings that added a balance of color and textures. Ceiling and lighting design make a big impact and in each room, I considered how best to create these elements to complement each other.
